Information on face masks

We are aware of the lifting of the remaining COVID-19 restrictions from 24th February 2022

Health premises are a higher risk environment and we need to maintain some control measures to keep eveyone safe so we are going to continue to wear masks for both your safety and ours.

 

If you arrive at the practice without a mask we will provide you with one. If you are not happy to wear a face mask inside the practice then you will need to wait outside until the nurse calls you in to your appointment.

WE CURRENTLY HAVE NO AVAILABILITY FOR NEW NHS PATIENTS.  

Abbey End Dental Practice provides NHS and Private treatments and with our experienced team we offer a full range of preventative and cosmetic dentistry. All new patients to the practice will be asked to fill in a medical history form on arrival. We do our best to ensure your dental care meets your individual needs and will discuss the proposed treatment options with you, giving you time to ask questions and consider the alternatives. Each surgery is equipped with technology to help us diagnose when treatment is required and explain the treatment options to you. We may suggest referral to a particular specialist if this is appropriate – for example some orthodontic treatment, implants, sedation and oral surgery. Further appointments are made before leaving the practice and new and existing patients where possible will see the same dentist. If for any circumstance this is not possible we will inform patients on arrival of their appointment. All patients have a right to express a preference of practitioner and whilst we will endeavour to make every effort to arrange this it may not be possible in every case.
